Youth Association for Culture and Development Opens Literacy Program in Douar Loulijja
As part of its efforts to combat illiteracy and empower rural women, the Youth Association for Culture and Development organized the opening ceremony of the Literacy Program for beneficiaries in Douar Loulijja, Commune of Meharra, on Sunday, October 23, 2016. The meeting was distinguished by the presence of members of the Youth Association and some foreign executives from Germany and South Korea, as well as a representative of the Douar Loulijja residents in the communal council.
